Branch Updates

Based on the updates from Federal and State leaders, all lobbies will reopen on a limited basis. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and follow proper guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our members and employees.

What to expect:

  • We will limit the number of members allowed in the lobby to 2 members at one time.

  • Masks must be worn when visiting any branch (not provided by the credit union).

  • Floor decals will be placed to help aid with social distancing guidelines.

  • Our teller line and offices will have plexiglass shields to create a barrier between our staff and members during transactions.

  • Appointments can be made with any Member Service Professional for any account services by calling 318-387-4592.

  • Appointments can be made with any Financial Service Professional for any loan inquiries by calling 318-387-4592.

  • If you have a fever, please use our drive-thru for any transactions.

  • We encourage our members to use our electronic services when possible.
